Can a low-flow shower-head somehow be rigged to improve the paltry dribble?

The flow they are transformer fed 24volts so are transformer fed 24volts so are safe to increase the flow they are transformer fed 24volts.

If it as older head it may be clogged with calcium deposits, try soaking it in CLR to clean it out.
