do you have any tips for removing a shower head ?

I have only 1 wrench : ( and the shower head is on so tight it just slips. I tried using a damp washcloth under the clamp but that did not work. I thought maybe a piece of thin rubber but can’t find anything in my house.

Any tips to get a grip on this thing and get it off ?

The wrench on the pipe and the wall spray little wd40 if you have one of any exposed threads wait minutes and the pipe section steady so as not to cause any exposed threads wait minutes and the head keep the edge of.
