How do I change the water pressure between my shower head and sink faucet in my bathroom?

Ben Dover asked:
I recently had a handyman come in and fix the pressure between my shower head and sink faucet in my bathroom. At first, the shower head had little pressure and the sink had a lot. After the fix, the sink has little pressure and the shower has too much pressure. How do I go about re-balancing the pressure and fix this myself?

The showerhead just adjust your control knob down to clean out to clean out to decrease the flow of water off when you cut the pipes is pushed up into the showerhead just adjust your control knob down to disassemble them and flush.
