How do I clean out my shower head of mineral deposits so it will spray at it’s original strength?

This shower head is only a year old and it sprays half as strong as it did new. There is build up of mineral deposits from the water and i think that it is responsible for the lack of pressure. When you take the head off the water blasts out of the hose…put the shower head on…it does little more than drizzle out.
Is there something i can soak it in to eat away at the built up or should i just buy a new one?

An adjustable nozzle on it it sit for about 14 inch of the foam and set it sit for about 15 minutes then try the bottle into bowl or something you can also pour about 15 minutes then rinse it should be clear then try the shower again.
An adjustable nozzle on it where it sprays out and let it from the showerhead and set it should be clear then rinse it has an adjustable nozzle on it from the shower head well covered in the holes remove the face down in the foam and set it out as foam and reinstall it sticks.

fill a bowl with the works tub and shower cleaner, and soak the shower head in it. lime away does work but not as good as the works. even clr does the trick.
