How do I get the water to all spray through the shower head?

By admin | January 16, 2009

Lochlain asked:

When I pull up on the small knob on the faucet in the shower, some of the water gets diverted to the shower head, but there is still some water pouring out of the lower faucet in the shower. How can I get all of the water to go out through the shower head when I pull it up?
