I have not read anything bad about a shower head. I actually read that it was a good idea!
Although, you should never use tub jets. They can force too much air inside your vagina and that can cause a fatal air embolism.

It’s not unhealthy to masturbate that way, some people do say it shouldn’t be done because you might get too accustomed to that sensation which cannot be experienced during intercourse. It’s not anything to worry about, it’s all a matter of opinion anyway. It will have no negative effect on your health.. and despite statements made, your sex life.
