Pressure boosting shower head?

By admin | February 20, 2012

Greta Leigh asked:

I rent and the shower in my apartment is SO lacking. The water pressure is pretty poor but a friend told me I can get a shower head that will boost up the pressure. I really don’t like the one that comes out in a mist. I would prefer a massaging one but I’m sure my options are limited.

Any links would be helpful!

Thanks!
The apartment is only 5 years old and the shower head is fairly new. Landlord won’t let me do anything so my only option is a pressure boosting shower head.

Your landlord has most likely installed a low flow shower head in your bath as a water saver.

it is probable a low flow shower head , so what I would do is take the shower head off and if you look inside its not to hard to take it apart and remove a rubber washer that reduces the waters flow you get a great shower after that and dont spend a dime and the landlord will never know
