shower head on the the ceiling?

I am about to move into a house with an adorable old fashioned claw bathtub. However, the bathroom does not have a shower and I know I will get tired of taking baths. Is there anyway I can hang a shower head on the ceiling so I don’t have to get rid of the bathtub?

      get one of those shower hoses you connect to the faucet and it has a long hose so you can hold it like you were taken a shower.that would be the easiest solution.
