Why does my shower head not have any pressure?

We’ve had this problem for about a week, and I am getting very annoyed with it.
What could be the causes of it having little-to no pressure?
We have replaced the shower head, and that’s not it.
My mom said they came in and cleaned the sewers(wtf?), could that be the cause?
Please help.

      The water off to change the water off to change the water off to change the water off to change the shower head they didnt turn it back on full.
